A marker for each frame, to also act as referee, shall be mutually arranged, and his decision on all matters connected with that frame shall be final. The away team shall send its player to the table first, and the home team shall then be entitled to nominate its player. The referee shall toss for break prior to the commencement of each frame.

2 Matches shall be played on Wednesdays commencing as soon as possible after 7 pm. A team having no player present by 7:30 forfeits the frame and 50 points. A team having no player present by 8 pm forfeits the match, with the points going to the opponents. Team captains are responsible for ensuring that their players are available within 20 minutes of the end of the previous frame by which time the opposing captain can, at his discretion, claim the frame. Any team failing to begin or continue a match, when they have a registered player present and available, shall forfeit the match, the points going to the opponents. All claims regarding non-completion of matches must reach the secretary by 10 am on the Saturday following the game, in writing.

3 In all rounds of any Team Knock-Out competition and in any end-of-season matches, the order of play will be alternative nominations to be decided by the toss of a coin between opposing captains prior to the start of the match. The winner of the toss may choose between Option A and Option B.
